The Light Library didn't begin as a product.
It began as a need.
For years I carried stress, exhaustion, and overwhelm in my body — even when my life looked “fine” on the outside.
As a highly sensitive person,
the pace of the world often felt
too loud, too fast, too much.
I tried the tools that were meant to help -
apps, techniques, structured practices.
Many felt clinical.
Or noisy.
Or disconnected from what my body was actually asking for.

What I was longing for wasn't another solution.
It was orientation.
A way to come back into my body.
A way to soften.
A way to hear myself again beneath the noise.
