Private Movement Sessions
Looking for a more personal yoga practise? Do you find it challenging to not get the attention you really want in group classes? Not really sure if you are in the right alignment? Welcome to a yoga movement experience that will leave you feeling supported and nourished. I invite you to enjoy my little studio in The Beaches, Toronto (also available by skype) where we will explore the practises of movement, meditation and relaxation. I want you to feel good and move well in your body. I will guide you in finding a practise that supports your unique self.
My approach is adaptable and suited well for all levels & abilities.
investment (90 minute sessions):
Initial session $60
5 session package 100/session
10 session package 90/session
20 session package 80/session
I support women who are committed to their aliveness. After the initial session we work together for a series of 5, 10 or 20 sessions in a three month time period. My job is to support you to find a rhythm in your movement practise so that you can practise anywhere you are. Packages are valid for 3 months.

These custom Movement & Mindfulness Programs are tailored specially for your unique self. We work together to create a adaptable and inspiring practise that you can bring with you wherever you go. Based in mindfulness & functional movement, I am passionate about guiding people to feel good, move well and love the body they are in.
I draw from a large toolkit of yoga and meditation offerings. Spending the time together exploring these practises working one on one with me as your guide will allow us to create a deeply nourishing and rewarding home practise. Trust the process and enjoy this journey. Lay the foundation for a life long practise.
