Nourishing Private Sessions

Looking for a more personal yoga experience? Do you find it challenging to follow along in large group classes? Not really sure if you are doing the poses right? Welcome to a yoga session that will leave you feeling supported and nourished. I invite you to your own Private/Small group practise at my cozy home studio in the East End of Toronto. A combination of movement and relaxation, I guide you in exploring a practise that supports your unique body & mind.

investment per 75 minute session:

  • 1 session $120

  • 5 sessions $115

  • 10 sessions $110

  • 20 sessions $100

Session packages are valid for one year. 

First session is 90 minutes

Includes tea & snack

8 Week Program 

I invite you into my cozy studio to explore, nourish yourself and together we will create a personal yoga and meditation practise that works for you, This 8 Week Immersion includes the following:

 

  • 8 Movement/Meditation Sessions (60 Min)

  • 4 Pranayama (Breathing Techniques) Sessions 

  • 4 Guided Relaxation Sessions (30 Min)

  • 1 Hot Stone Relaxation Session

  • 8 Phone check-in calls - (15 Minutes)

  • A customized herbal tea blend

  • 1 Journal

  • 1 Declutter/Organization Session at your home or office

  • Weekly Group Meditation Session

  • Recommended Reading List and Other Resources

Investment $1400

I draw from a large toolkit of yoga and meditation offerings. Spending the time together exploring these practises working one on one with me as your guide will allow us to create a deeply nourishing and rewarding home practise. Trust the process and enjoy this journey. Lay the foundation for a life long practise. I look forward to sharing space & time together!

  • Sessions times and days are scheduled to work with your availability. 

  • Days and Evenings are both options - but we will aim for the same time and day each week to support a healthy  rhythm :)

  • These offerings are for female students only (guys, let me know I can happily guide you to some other wonderful teachers)
